Admission

ESPR reserves the right to prohibit admittance of any pet lacking proof of up-to-date vaccinations, and/or displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior.

The Essentials

DOGS four months and older need up-to-date Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.
CATS four months and older need up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines.

Hours of Operation

ESPR is open to the public:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday – Sunday 8:00am – 5:00pm
We have limited hours in honor of major Federal holidays.

Early & Late Fees

We request that Boarding guests check-in no earlier than 2 PM and check-out by noon so that we may prepare the suite for the next guest. Late check-outs or early check-ins shall incur a $15 fee for each additional hour and additional care and services we must provide your pet during that time.

After Hours Fee

When we are closed to the public, departures and arrivals shall incur a $75 fee. This includes the early or late fee.

Deposits, Cancellation & Rates

We accept reservations with a required, one-night deposit. For reservations cancelled 5 days prior to arrival, we will fully refund your deposit. During holidays and peak season, we require two nights’ deposit, refundable if cancellations are made 10 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require a three-night minimum stay.

Food for Your Pet

Boarding guests are fed individually and per their pet parents’ instructions. Keeping boarding guests on the same eating schedule they have at home is an important part of keeping them happy and healthy during their stay with us.
If you choose to bring your own food, we ask that you please prepare each meal’s serving size in a separate baggie for each day of your pet’s stay.
Sudden changes in a pet’s food may cause loose stool. Pets don’t complain, but an upset stomach may be uncomfortable. Since we want all guests to feel good and have fun, we charge $2 per night for house meals.

Pets with Medical Needs

We specialize in providing safe care for pets with special needs. Our experienced staff can administer medications, including those that need to be injected or administered at specific times.
Medication Administration $3/Day (Up to 2 Medications)
3 or More Medications/Medical Monitoring – an Additional $2/Day per Medication

Waiver of Liability & Medical Need

Pet owners are solely responsible and liable for any and all actions of their pet during the stay at ESPR, including, and not limited to, injury to another pet, an ESPR staff member, or a member of the public. In the rare case of an emergency or health concern, we will contact you. We shall administer aid and non-prescription treatments, as needed. If veterinarian attention is deemed necessary, we have access to an on-staff, licensed veterinarian 24-hours a day. If deemed appropriate, we shall take your pet to the nearest 24-hour, veterinary emergency hospital. With admittance, you accept responsibility for any expenses resulting from such outside treatment, as needed in the event of accidental injury, illness, or symptoms, arising during or after your pet’s stay with us. Please understand that despite ESPR’s commitment to the highest standard of pet care and supervision and to facility design and cleanliness, accidental injury and/or illness may occur.

Media Release

Images or videos of you or your pets may be taken for social media or marketing purposes. Your signature on the policies and admittance agreement grants unrestricted use and publishing of any such images.
